checkSURE Changes Ownership and Board of Directors

checkSURE Chief Executive, Gary Ling, has purchased the software supporting the checkSURE eCommerce commercial credit checking/company information and reports system and the trademarks and domain names protecting the checkSURE and cashSURE brands. His new company checkSURE Limited (Registration Number 4543744, formerly called cashSURE Limited) will now trade as checkSURE. The online user accounts of existing checkSURE customers are unaffected.

Neil Jones, Neil Shepherd and Professor Tom Cannon are not directors of checkSURE Limited (Registration Number 4543744, formerly called cashSURE Limited). Furthermore, Gary Ling and Professor Tom Cannon are no longer directors of what was formerly known as checkSURE Limited (Registration Number 04010930) but which is now known as CS Processing Limited (Registration Number 04010930). These changes will be reflected in searches on the checkSURE system for these respective legal entities once the relevant documents have been registered with Companies House in the UK.

Commenting on the news Gary said:“I am very excited about continuing to build and invest in the checkSURE brand online and have great plans to bring added value services over the next twelve months to the SME community which is the core of checkSURE’s customer base.“

Neil Shepherd and Neil Jones continue to remain business associates and I will be working closely with Neil Shepherd in the future on certain technical aspects of checkSURE’s development.

“However, I wish them both well for the future in their individual endeavours. Without their talent and individual abilities we would not been able to have checkSURE transform the online commercial credit checking landscape in the UK.”
